...clinical practice and teaching seem to be very rewarding aspects of pharmacy. However, even though new grads in CA are getting $100K per year with signing bonuses right out of school, most of the work is repetitive and boring.I too took the hosital track and was Asst. Director of a pediatric teaching hospital pharmacy department before I bailed. All three of my home health companies have had pharmacies.
