XLR A/B switch? design help...

So, I've been looking for this for a long time. I've not been able to find anybody to make one, or help me make one.
what I need:
I need a stomp box style switcher that has an XLR in and two XLR outs. I need it to have a silent switch on it (so it doesn't send out a *pop* when I switch channels). Also, a couple LED's to show which channel is running.
I understand this is a little tricky it being a ballanced signal, but I can't believe that it's not possible to do this for less than several hundred dollars.
