The Teac I don't know. The Sony is an old 3/4" deck, U-Matic. Sorry to say its pretty much value-less these days unless you happen to have some of those tapes you want to play. Not to put too fine a point on it but I recently helped a friend drag a couple of these out to the curb.Good luck.
