I'm a teacher in Montreal. I do voice recording to make tests and listening exercises for English second language students. They do all their listening on cassettes. This is good because the approved high school exams come on cassettes too. I'll switch to digital when the education ministry does it. If ever.Up to now I've been using an antique 2-head TEAC with mike inputs and VU meters for voice recording. It has just died after 30 years of service, RIP. None of my other cassette recorders--2 Naks, an Aiwa and a TEAC 8030--has mike inputs.
I need something simple, cheap and clean to interface between my Superscope mikes and one of the above decks. Any suggestions would be very useful and much appreciated.
