Don't know what to suggest since I'm a Mac-head.I do have EZ-CD Creator 5 Basic on my PC. The individual track properties allow ISRC codes and a UPC is enterable for the project, but I don't find the ability to set the pre-emphasis or anti-digital copy flags, nor to add or edit index points. This may be all you need since my guess is that it defaults to pre-emphasis off, anti-digital copy on, and hardly anyone uses the index function.
