My turn with a "where can I find" question.

I'm looking for a replacement diaphragm/voice coil assembly. Anecdotal evidence says this is from a Yamaha compression driver, but that's not certain. The assembly has the designation D-6681B 16ohm. It's 4" across with a diaphragm of 2.625" and the driver throat at exit is 1.375". It comes from a radial horn with an engraved plate that says "Custom for E/T, RH far field, April 1984".
If anyone has any ideas, I'd appreciate the input.
