Don't own one but some of the diffences are on the 260 you can assign any of the inputs to any of the outputs, driverack PA you can't do it. 260 has longer delay times than on the PA so if your running something like lab subs, easier to time-align, the PA dosen't have along enough delays. 260 has a lot more configure-able options avalible on it. The PA dosen't mute the outputs should you lose power, so if does lose power with the amps still on you'll hear a nice loud pop and could fry some speakers.I'm sure others that use these units will chime in.
