The stuff you mention is fine; you might also want to consider Manley Labs.Don't just master on ultra-high-end though; you should have a second set of pre/amp/speakers that are closer to what 99% of real world listeners actually use for comparisons sake. In addition to my esoteric set up I use a $99 Sony receiver with $29 speakers. Have your head in the clouds but feet firmly on the ground as well.
