I'm no Pro Tools fan, but the idea that Pro Tools defaults to altering a digital signal is completely false. Pro Tools is bit transparent when not adding processing to a signal (gain, plug-ins, etc.)Your information is misleading and false.
People destroy recordings, not Pro Tools.
