Hi Paul - please stop shouting! (turn your caps off)The 260 has many more features than the PA. It can do a dual mono set-up, meaning each channel input can be independent. It can be configured 2 in, 2 out, 2 separate subs, the PA can only do 1 sub out. I *think* it has more parametric EQ available. I have not heard it next to the Driverack PA with the same rig, but I have been told it sounds smoother, less hard in the HF than the Driverack PA in comparisons. The individual who told me I respect highly as his job is evaluating and selling "Pro" equipment, and on many occations has steered me away from higher dollar gear into less expensive gear that works better. I have heard the 260 in an EAW rig and it sounded very good indeed. I wish I could give you more info. The good news is the driverack PA would sell pretty quick in the used market if later you were to decide to upgrade to a better digital processor. I feel that in the home market the driverack Pa is the way to go for the money. BTW - are your electronics balanced? I believe the driverack is XLR in and out only (I just finished an install 3 weeks ago with one and can't remember for sure. Damn, I hate this getting older thing!)
