You need to get some help, for sound reinforcement this is absolutely not the way to go. As Jimmy posted earlier, you need to either get shot gun mics, if they use a lecturn or pulpit possibly a boundry style mic or miniature or fit them up with tie clips before the service. This is how it is done elsewhere. All you are doing is amplifying for intelligeability should be nowhere near feedback limits. As Jimmy said micing from 15 feet away for PA is crazy.
