I just bought a pair of 2445j drivers and I'm not sure if the diaphragms are original or not. My question is, (if anyone can help me) Is there a way to check polarity on horn drivers like placing a nine volt on a woofer and seeing if it moves in or out? I know JBL is black for positive on these models, but if the diaphragm has been replaced(or even if its orig)it has a red positive on the diaphragm itself, is that actually positve or what? Thanks for any help you can give me.PJ
