RBP,If I were asking for a "crack" copy of Acid, I would have stated that, had I even known what it meant. Do you reply to everyone that is looking to buy something in this forum and accuse them of attempting to break a federal law? Or just me? Someone earlier was looking to buy some JBL speakers. Did you reply to them and say
"You know, it's against the law to buy stolen goods. Go buy speakers from the store that aren't 'hot'"?
Just because someone is asking to buy a computer program in a forum doesn't mean they want a "crack". Have you ever received a gift from a friend that you didn't want, but couldn't return? Well, I was hoping someone out there got Acid as a gift, but didn't want it; or maybe bought it, and realized it's not what they wanted and never opened it. It happens all the time on Ebay.
Maybe you really don't need to reply to every single post. And that way maybe you won't look like an idiot. You know, knowledgable people will examine and question a situation before they have an answer or opinion. You just made an assumption. Next time, just ask before trying to make someone feel humiliated or calling them a thief.
Anyways, have a wonderful day. And don't make assumptions. Because you know what happens when you assume.
