Assign each aux send in the Master Output Section to a seperate power amp and speaker if your board permits.
As for making faces,which is sometimes called the "California Curve",I've played in rock bands since 1969 and still due but my best advice is keep your eq flat and only use it sparingly.The right equipment at the right volume is the key.You'll find it much better to keep it low on stage and then jack it up in the mains.
