Yes its true, if you push it too much the limiter on the highs limits the sound but with a small distorsion (very small). In the last mensage that I send you I forgot to say that the worst thing on the Sx300 is the big spl diference between the woofer and the high driver, the high driver have more (maybe) 4db, 5db than the woofer.
