If you are intending on spending <400, you should consider replacing your 58. Try the Beta 58, Beta 57 or Beta 87. You might also consider trying out Beyer, Sennheiser, Audix and others in that price range. Take your 58 along when you are comparing other microphones and don't be deceived by costs alone.
