A audio editing tool to correct WOW

Hello,

I am interested in transferring vinyl to CD for my listening pleasure.
I would like to ask if there is a commercially available editing tool to correct consistent WOW that results from off centred hole in the LP. This causes a degree of pitch variation that is more pronounced at the inner diameter than at the outer diameter. Please advise, thanks.
