I have a Stewart World 600 amp that I bought new around ’97. Originally, it was purchased to drive 2 floor monitors in my basement rehearsal studio. Stewart repaired it once a after I had it for a couple of months but has worked fine since. It has low hours on it and over the last couple of years has been sitting unused.I probably wouldn’t be able to get nearly what I paid for it so, my questions are these: (1) would be a good candidate as a monitoring amp in a home studio? (2) would it function better driving a subwoofer in a home surround sound setup (3) should I just sell it and find better candidates for both of these options?
Any opinion on Stewart Amps would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Dave C.
