A little help if you have a little time!

Hi there,
I was wondering if you can help me. I am a student studying Music Technology and i have an essay to write. The basic outlines of this essay is that I have been given 30,000 pounds to create a studio with two rooms.
Ill need to include things like boom stands, shock mounts, leads and as many mics needed to record a five peice band. Two guitarists, a singer, bass player and drummer.
I would like to make a combination of digital and analogue equipment.
I was wondering if you could help me make a list of things i would need. And perhaps why you would choose it.
I know you guys are busy, but if there was a moment u had spare it would save my skin cos im really quite stuck on this one!!
