Hey there, wondering if I can get some info/comments on the following gear:

1) Yamaha Club Series 2 Model S115HII

Freq Response: 50-16kHz

Nominal Impedance: 8 ohms
Components:

Good/Bad PA speakers? Anyone have a manual online for them? How much would they go for?

2) QSC Model USA 850

again, no manual on the net for this. Decent amp? Any reputation? How much should it sell for?
