I checked out the speaker plans on that site, and the overview of PA loudspeakers there. I'm sorry, but whoever wrote that is not an audio engineer, it is full of mistakes and innacuracies, and the designs are for the most part relics using (bad) 1970s technology. If he posted that stuff here he'd be laughed off the face of the planet.
