A 10 to 1 output/input impedance ratio is considered a minimum figure. The Ashley is designed to work with pro gear that typically has an output impedance of 600 ohms or less, making it more than adequate for the job. As for cable capacitance, that question is better left unasked in the pro-forum where cable runs of a hundred feet are common and three feet runs are recognized as insignificant.
