By live electronic music do you mean a single electric bass or a number of instruments? It makes a difference.The Eden definitely goes atop the 18. The 2x6s would go atop that for single instrument use, but it sounds like you're using them in more of a surround mode, which contributes to my confusion over what you're up to.
The powered sub does not have the output capability required to keep up with the other stuff, though it would be OK if it's only covering the range below that of the 18, which means crossing it over at 40 Hz. That's pretty moot for electric bass, as it has no output down there anyway. For keys it's OK, but make sure the sub and 18 aren't duplicating their range as that will lead to a lot of boom.
