Well, the Eden box is good to 80 Hz and has plenty of power handling, so the obvious answer would be to crossover to the 18 at 80 Hz for starters, and possibly take it up to as much as 120 Hz or so while playing to find the frequency where integration is best.Since the Eden is an electric bass cab I'll assume you are using this for bass, and the Eden is quite competant to handle full range, so I wouldn't use the 6s/tweeters at all, as they'd probably do more harm than good. If not placed precisely right they'll produce all sorts of comb filter effects, and you have enough problems with that as it is with the 4x10 cab and its side by side woofers.
Drivers should always be placed vertically, never horizontally, a concept that neither Leo Fender nor Jim Marshall were ever aware of, and unfortunately they were the ones who set the standard that everyone else after them followed, even though they were wrong.
I don't know where the powered hi-fi sub enters into all of this. There is no reason to use it along with the 18.
