I have posted plans for a DIY diffussor.See:
http://www.AudioAsylum.com/audio/tweaks/messages/1725.htmlThe latest modifications to this are to use two layers of paneling OR 1/8" plywood, to avoid too much bass energy modification. The signle panel acts a a membrane absorber at sepcific frequencies.
Also, intstead of using expaning foam, fiberglass is chaeper, and has less potential for outgassing.
