Anyone used X-tealth drivers?

I noticed they make JBL knockoffs. Alot less $$. I was just wondering how they compare.
There's also a Brazilian maker, QSL, making inexpensive drvers. Any comments on them?
As a ham radio operator the name caught my attention.
