dbx 223 xover

has anyone used a dbx model 223 crossover ? it is a basic no frills type unit,(2 way steteo/3 way mono,all that i need) but it does have the linkwitz-riley filters and seems to be a good bargain for the buck. some liquidator in brooklyn has them for
$119 +s/h brand new on ebay. thanks
