hi Kevin, when you said pro audio power amps ARE good in home installations do you mean just for subs or for left, center and rear channels as well?
if my pre-amp/processor output jacks are RCA and unbalanced, how do i connect them to a pro audio amp? do i have to course the connection through an adaptor or a 4 or six channel pro-mixer that has both unbalanced (RCA) inputs and balanced (XLR) outputs?
how do you find crown's XLS series? am eyeing the XLS 402 model at 245WPC into 8 ohms to drive a pair of B&W 602 series 3 speakers? will the fan be too noisy for dialogue scenes? does it change to sleep mode when movies scenes are quiet?
thanks!
