does anyone know what the differences inbetween these 2 powers amps is

i do small basement shows and right now i'm running with a mackie 406 powered mixer. I'm switching to the unpowered route and i'm trying to decide on a power amp cuz i'm not loud enough. There are 2 power amps i'm trying to decide upon. One is the Crown XLS402

The other is the Crown CE1000A

The ratings are pretty close to the same. I'm just wondering if the cheaper one is really crappy or not. Thanks for your help
