I suggest to check the hot & cold wire for the cable. Pin 2 of XLR is hot, pin 3 of XLR is cold and pin one is Sheild. Kindly check the 1:1 connection. If you interchange and solder, in XLR connector, you will witness this case. Also check the earth connection of the audio mixer. Dont run the mic cable very near to the Lighting control device.
