cool - thanks for interest in helping.i'll mostly be recording a duo (me on guitar and another persons on drums). i will be recording these mostly live to two or maybe one track. then i will use the other tracks for vocals and anything else. i think that with my limited equp. it is best to keep things simple. the music is kind of noisy punk/pop (i'm not talking pop punk - think a songier poppy sonic youth). this is my first upgrade from using a tascam four track cassette recorded, so i think almost anything will be a sonic improvment.
any thoughts (also if there are any more questions, i can answer them.)?
