The LaScala's are crap! Peaveys are much better. Let me help you out. You'll be all set when you just drop the Peavey's in where the LaScala's were. And I'll make you financially whole by buying your LaScalas for $20!

I think you'll find that the Peavey's are great for sound reinforcement or professional applications, but not home theater. Besides, with LaScala's currently in place, I'm confident you'll notice the difference right away, and it will prove to be a negative distraction for you whe listening to a well engineered DVD soundtrack.
