Tascam 112- sounds like the chipmunks

Hi,
i recently picked up a Tascam 112 tape deck for cheap that has a problem- it plays really fast. the speed is constant though, and I'm figuring the capstan motor is at fault. it probably could do with a new set of belts too. Does this sound like the correct diagnosis? anyone know the best place to get parts for the older tascam decks?
