Do you own a computer? If so you could save yourself a lot of money by buying a reasonable quality Sound card (maybe something by MAudio cheap and good sound quality) and depending on how much more you want to spend either Emagic's Logic Audio Silver, Gold, or platinum then all you need is a analogue mixer or mic preamp and you are set
