Help!!! Popping noises coming from speakers

Hey guys I don't know what's going on, this guy was singing and all of sudden popping noises started coming out of my Yamaha s115iv, I have an RMX 1450, a Numark 1295, and a Numark CDN34s. Can anyone please tell me what's going on, i'm afraid that one of my components is bad and they are brand new. The popping noises would come and go
but they annoyed the hell out of people. The only one hooked up to the system was the guy that was singing, the amp was at the max and also the mic vol on the mixer was at the
max. Help me out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
