I bought it directly from their US distributor in Maine (check their site). I have not compared it to anything. But when I plugged it in between my all tube McIntosh tuner ( MR-67 )and Mark Levinson 390s ( which only accepts digital inputs ), it sounds beautiful. Apparently they are a well respected British company which makes these things for broadcast radio.Steve
