Does anybody know a good way to go about hooking up with a band or management company to tour as a FOH or Monitor engineer?

I've been working in a club for a while be the owner is about to sell. I don't want to watch this good thing we built fall into the hands of someone who is going to turn it into a frat bar.

I thought of maybe working at guitar center but that just made me want to die. so I'm trying to get into the business side of sound but I am a little unexperienced on that front.

any tips or ideas would be much appreciated.
