mackie 808m pwrd mixer monitors input/output signal dead

mains still work fine,it's not spkrs,cables etc..
this has been a trouble free unit for yrs,fired it up last night as usual but no mons no matter what we tried.
any mackie repair places around central ny or does it have to go back to the factory . i've heard no body likes work'n on these
