Hi folks. As you can tell from the message just below, I'm just getting started here. Currently I'm trying to measure room acoustics. I've got the equipment, and I'm trying to do something extremely simple, or at least it should be: make room measurements that are a little more accurate than my Radioshack meter will allow. Unfortunately I can't figure out how to do it. I want to play a series of test tones, detect them with a Behringer ECM-8000 microphone, then measure their amplitude with an accurate number. I've got it all set up so that now I can RECORD the room's response impeccably. What I can't do is get a precise number (in decibels, volts, or whatever). I just don't have any software that will take this input and output a number, or display in a (graphical) way so that it can be read accurately. Thanks,
Jim
