What Makes The New Behringer Digital EQ Better then the 8024 Ultra Curve Pro ?

The old one tunes the room automatically, and seems to have everything one could want, is there something I am missing ?
I can get a used Behringer 8024 Ultra Curve Pro for 85 dollars.
Why spend 300 for a new one ?
