I'm not sure what this means above. Are you using the RCA Outputs from the D10 or it's Optical Output?
In either case it doesn't look like you have your audio being directed thru the D10. In Audio MIDI Setup, right-click on the D10 which should display a choice that says, "Use This Device for Sound Output". Choose it.
