new forks of linux kernel for multimedia audio

I spent the past three months evaluating two separate forks (different kernels) of the linux kernel which are good for multimedia.

The first on the list was Zen. I was impressed with the audio quality of the Zen kernel. I dug deeper into this idea and found out about the liquorix / lqx kernel. I found that lqx is better sounding to me at least than any other operating system that I have heard before.

I am not a power user of linux, I don't recommend doing this if you don't know what you are doing but once you install it you can pick the lqx kernel at boot. That's all that needs to be done, and the sound is incredible.

I put a link below to the lqx kernel if anyone is interested in experimenting on a spare machine.
