RPI - CM5 available now

Just to let you know.

The RPI CM5 is now available in the UK stores and elsewhere.
There are models with and without eMMC. With and without Wifi.

There is also a nice RPi Foundation CM5 IO board (motherboard) out, plus a case, passive cooler and an external antenna.

IMO a great package to build a nice high quality streamer.

The IO board lets you attach a SSD onboard. No need for SSD HATs and these flimsy cables anymore. I also like that external antenna option.

What I do not know how the eMMC competes against the SSD.

However. I think running it as as a streamer I'd go for a no Wifi, no eMMC, 4GB, 2TB SSD solution.
