...there have been a LOT of comments complaining about Tidal's rather dismissive initial response to those customers using LMS or other legacy Logitech devices. Tidal customer service basically said "tough, you're on your own."
However, I think they may have backed off from that stance and the story is now that they'll try to figure something out to keep those customers. This issue also affects Deezer and Pandora, but note that each company could have a different response.
I'm a Qobuz user so am only passing on the info I've read in that forum.
