This T-amp thing is very intriguing! Know anything about its sound quality at all? I don't think I own an interconnect that costs less than that entire thing. :)The real estate cost of two boxes is not ideal, but this does seem to do what I want, if coupled to a DAC. Thanks for pointing this out. I'll do some more digging into USB DACs and could well go this route if there isn't the "one box solution" I'd prefer.
