I think the .dll you're talking about is for the LAME encoder, which produces lossy MP3 files. For SlimServer you'll probably want lossless flac files. You don't use a .dll to compress using flac, but instead use flac.exe. See the compression options show in step 23 below. You'll need to first download and install Flac on your computer.
