It's best to match the output impedance of the DDDAC to next stages input, which will determine the proper cap size.
The best cap is the one that sounds best to you.
I will only use metallized PP when a foil/film,styrene or Teflon is not available in the size I need. OW/ I prefer Motor Runs for the metallized PP.
