Hi All!I love my Sonic Impact digital amp.
Connected to my new PC the background noise/hiss is very minimal.
Connected to my old laptop (maybe 5 to 7 years old) I hear lots of hiss. Once the music is playing the hiss is not bothersome but between tracks or without music playing there is mucho hisssssss….
The logical reason is that the laptop is old and uses an old audio card… if so, can someone recommend something?
I thought that digital should have quiet background regardless of how old??? Can someone explain why digital cards have hisssss… or what I may be experiencing?
