If you could listen to the outputs of an computer PSU while the computer is on you wouldn't. It's a nasty, dirty environment, trying to pick among them for sound quality is futile IMHO. Do whatever you can to isolate the output of your computer from the rest of your system, using isolating transformers or optical S/PDIF outputs if necessary, or using external sound cards with external power supplies.Another thing, don't spring for PSU's that haven't been tested, it seems a lot of them barely meet their specifications, money does not always equal quality or stability of the power supply. Look at Tom's Hardware and I think Anand Tech. for advice.
