Creative Audigy 2 NX USB Sampling rate

In device Control, USB Tab, there's only one choice 48khz sampling rate for USB output. I'm using USB 2.0 hub and USB 2.0 cable, is there anyway I can have 96khz sampling rate option? If I output cd 16/44.1, and USB output rate is 48khz, is it still resampling?
in SPDIF tab, I have 3 choices, 44.1, 48, 96 in SPDIF output Sampling Rate. But if the data is streaming to NX at 48khz, should I also select SPDIF output rate at 48khz?
I'm using foobar with kernal streaming. I have tried ASIO, but keep getting dropout every few seconds.
